The NAG would like to invite you to take part in the first of a three-part workshop series on the importance of a strong IP strategy!
The series of workshops entails:
Session 1: Building a Strong IP Foundation
Session 2: Enhancing Collaboration through IP
Session 3: Positioning IP for Investors and Clients
Our speaker, Mirjam Ros, has over 15 years experience in aerospace leadership (Airbus, GKN Fokker, TNO), and now helps organisations—start-ups to government bodies—turn innovation into sustainable, profitable solutions. A strategic consultant in IP, partnerships, and innovation, she aligns partnerships, simplifies contracts, and drives growth. She is the author of The Innovation Matrix, and makes complex strategies actionable for lasting impact.
The first workshop in the series will take place on December 10th 2024, from 14:00 – 17:00 at SAM XL in Delft.
During this session Mirjam will talk in-depth about:
- Why is IP a critical strategic asset and tool, and how it can support your commercial, innovation, and financing strategies
- Why a balance between sharing and protecting knowledge in present and future collaborations is important
- How to manage IP costs effectively from technology development to commercialization
