Summary
Summary This one semester programmes contains courses and projects that cover most of the technical areas that are present in today’s Space Industry technical projects.
Learning outcomes
The Space Engineering Minor is 30 EC of which 12 EC is dedicated for project work and 18 EC for courses. The courses are:
- Astrodynamics & Orbit Mechanics
- Space Propulsion
- Engineering for Space 1 (Systems Engineering + Structures & Materials)
- Space Applications & Mission Analysis
- Satellite Instrumentation
- Engineering for Space 2 (AOCS + Thermal Engineering)
Entry requirements
Academic level and background
Current (2023) entry level for the Inholland Space Engineering Minor is a finished 3rd year curriculum of Aeronautical Engineering at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. In the near future (>2025), we aim to first open up to the full faculty of Inholland TOI (Techniek, Ontwerpen & Informatica) and then to all HBO engineering institutions.

The faculty accepts transcripts, degrees and diplomas in the languages: Dutch and English.
