Event date

Event date

Hackathons, Discover Your Space, the Curiosity Contest and symposiums are recurring entry points for students and early career profiles exploring the European space sector.

This session looks at how curiosity, side projects and early experimentation translate into concrete next steps. It focuses on how participants move from informal engagement to more structured involvement within education, research and industry.

Contributions come from Ian van den Broek, Deirdre van Roijen and Jort Vogel. Each has followed a different path, from local initiatives to international recognition, and will share how they navigated early choices, programmes and opportunities.

The discussion is aimed at those who are interested in space but uncertain where to begin, those considering their first steps into the sector, and those looking to connect with peers across disciplines.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences and compare pathways into space related education and activities.

A limited number of discount codes for the upcoming NL Space Summer School edition will be shared with participants.

Location
TU Delft, ECHO Arena, Van Mourik Broekmanweg 5, Delft
The event takes place in a hybrid format, with on site and online participation.
